Yanukovych appoints Khoroshkovskyi First Vice Prime Minister

President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych appointed Valeriy Khoroshkovskyi First Vice Prime Minister.

The text of the corresponding decree is posted at the official web site of the President of Ukraine.

By other decree V. Yanukovych dismissed V. Khoroshkovskyi from the post of the Finance Minister.
