VR refused to consider draft laws on canceling deputy’s immunity

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine refused to include the draft laws on canceling deputy’s immunity in agenda.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, only 219 out of 445 parliament members, registered in the chamber, voted for including the draft law, submitted by the representatives of the coalition in agenda.

222 out of 448 parliament members registered in the hall voted for including the draft law proposed by the representatives of the Party of Regions in agenda.

After the voting, Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Arseniy Yatsenyuk ironically said that he congratulates the parliament “on this effective voting”. “We quarreled, quarreled and showed our real face”, noted A. Yatsenyuk.
