President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych will pay a state visit to Poland on February 3-4 on invitation of President of Poland Bronislaw Komorowski.
The press service of the President of Ukraine disclosed to UNIAN that the main goal of the visit is further deepening of relations with Poland as near neighbour and strategic partner of Ukraine.
It is planned that negotiations of V. Yanukovych with B. Komorowski and other leaders of Poland will take place.
The program of the visit will take place in Warsaw and Gdansk.
On February 3 the President of Ukraine with his Polish counterpart will chair the Ukrainian-Polish negotiations and after that signing of the bilateral documents and joint news conference of the heads of the states will take place.
The special attention will be paid to issues concerning Ukrainian-Polish cooperation in preparation for Euro-2012. The President of Ukraine and the President of Poland will observe a building process of the National stadium of Warsaw.
President of Ukraine will take part in the 10th Economic forum “Ukraine-Poland” and Conference of leaders of regions of Ukraine and Poland.
It is also planned that on February 4 V. Yanukovych will visit Gdansk, where he will meet with representatives of local power and business circles.
