One member of Ukrainian crew died at Marathon ship

One member of the Ukrainian crew – welder Sergiy Vartenkov- died at Marathon ship during the capture by pirates in May.

The mass media department of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine disclosed to UNIAN.

First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov expressed condolences to the family of perished person and called on world countries to overcome piracy by joint efforts.
