The materiel, which will take part in the parade on occasion of the Ukrainian Independence Day on August 24, will arrive in Kyiv next week.
An UNIAN correspondent was informed about this at the Ukrainian Defense Ministry’s press-service.
According to the information of the Ministry, 144 items of materiel will be redeployed to Kyiv from the territory of “Hayok” former military air base in the Bilotserkivskiy district of the Kyiv Oblast. Wheeled machinery will arrive in Kyiv under own power, and track-type machinery will be conveyed by railway.
The Defense Ministry also disclosed that all the materiel will stay at the territory of military units of the Kyiv garrison till August 24.
The redeployment of the materiel will start at 11.00 a.m. on August 11.
