Ukraine and the European Union agreed the main parameters of the trade part of the agreement on association.
According to an own UNIAN correspondent in Brussels, European Commissioner for Trade Karel De Gucht and First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Andriy Klyuev said this at the news conference in the European Parliament today.
“Commissioner Štefan Füle and I came to agreement concerning all parameters of the trade agreement yesterday”, said the EU Commissioner.
“It permits to finish technically negotiations concerning agreement on association including free trade area till the end of the year”, he added.
In his turn, A. Klyuev underlined that the sides succeeded in coordinating all key provisions of the trade part of the agreement on association.
