40 guarantees ask court to release Tymoshenko

40 guarantees asked Pechersk District Court of Kyiv release on bail Yulia Tymoshenko.

As it was reported earlier, defender of Yulia Tymoshenko Yuriy Sukhov made a motion on changing the preventive punishment towards Yulia Tymoshenko from taking into custody into bailment that was based on statements of representatives of the Ukrainian intelligentsia.

However, Rodion Kireyev denied this motion.
