Constitutional Court of Ukraine made its decision

The Constitutional Court of Ukraine recognized provisions of the part 5,6, article 13 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Status of the parliament member of Ukraine”, concerning free withdrawal of the parliament member from the structure of the faction and also no entrance to any registered parliamentary faction to be unconstitutional.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, this decision was publicized in the Constitutional Court.

Moreover, the Constitutional Court explained the terms “no entrance” and “withdrawal” of the parliament member from the parliamentary faction.
