Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko has addressed President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko with a request to cancel the decree, which suspends the dismissal of Valentyna Semeniuk-Samsonenko from the post of the State Property Fund chief.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko claimed this speaking at the Government’s Hour in the Verkhovna Rada today.

In her speech, the Prime Minister called the SPFU chief “Socialist Symonenko”, and when lawmakers began to laugh in the chamber, she asked her faction members to specify her surname.

Besides, in the opinion of Yulia Tymoshenko, as of today, “the State Property Fund not only commits sabotage, there is a criminal grouping, which, unfortunately, has remained at power”.

Addressing the President, the Prime Minister noted it is necessary to provide the government with a right to continue fair and transparent privatization.

As UNIAN reported earlier, on February 6, the Cabinet of Ministers suspended V.Semeniuk-Samsonenko from the post of the State Property Fund chief, and appointed BYuT lawmaker Andriy Portov as acting SPFU chairman.

However, on February 7, President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko suspended these decrees of the government.
