Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko has intent to reduce the money supply, which occurred as a result of a “colossal, unjustified hryvnia emission”.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, she claimed this yesterday at a meeting with labor collective of the Zasyadko mine in Donetsk yesterday.
“A colossal, unjustified emission of hryvnia was carried out in the country. No states are allowed to do that. Because, on the basis of that emission, there appears an inflation, and the government loses control”, the Prime Minister stressed.
She emphasized: “We have already carried out two very serious actions to remove from the market the money supply, which was dumped in the country”.
“We are curtailing this system, it will take nearly a half-year. Because they emitted a huge amount of money which were not secured”, the Prime Minister noted.
