31 miners, suffered from the explosion at Zasyadko mine, were taken to Donetsk city medical institutions – the Oblast Clinic Hospital of Professional Diseases, and the Ambulance Institute named after V.K.Husak at the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine.
According to the Health Ministry’s press-service, the three miners, who were hospitalized today, previously were ambulatory patients.
As UNIAN reported earlier, a methane mixture exploded at 1078 m horizon at Zasyadko mine in Donetsk at 03.11 a.m. on November 18. On the whole, 457 miners were working in the mine at that moment. Out of them 357 were lifted on the surface.
According to the information of the Donetsk Oblast State Administration, 72 miners are considered dead. The destiny of another 28 is still unknown.
