Court refused to release Lutsenko from custody in spite of PACE resolution

Pechersk District Court of Kyiv refused to release ex Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko from custody in spite of the resolution of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, the court dismissed the claim of Y. Lutsenko and his lawyers submitted during the court hearing today.
