European Parliament convenes urgent debate concerning sentence of Tymoshenko

The European Parliament will hold urgent debate concerning the situation in Ukraine.

According to an own UNIAN correspondent in Brussels, the corresponding addition was put on agenda of the plenary session of the European Parliament.

It is planned that High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton will deliver a speech during the debate.

The debate will be carried out because of sentence of former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko.
