The Foreign Ministry of Ukraine persistently recommends to Ukrainians to abstain from trips to Egypt.
Press Secretary of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine Oleksandr Dikusarov said this today.
In particular, the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine advises to abstain from trips to Cairo, Alexandria, Suez and resorts of Egypt till the time when situation will be stable there.
“We are sure that travel agencies that offer Ukrainian citizens to take a tourist trip to Egypt should inform them obligatory about unstable situation in this country”, noted the Press Secretary of the Foreign Ministry.
As of today 6.5 thousand Ukrainian tourists stay in Egypt today (3 thousand Ukrainian tourists are in Hurgada).
The Press Secretary said that all them can address to the Embassy of Ukraine to Cairo. However, as of today the Embassy of Ukraine to Cairo and the Foreign Ministry did not receive any address from Ukrainian tourists.
