General Prosecutor's Office instituted criminal case against Tymoshenko

The General Prosecutor`s Office instituted a criminal case against former Prime Minister, leader of the "Batkivshchyna" party Yulia Tymoshenko on the fact of the misuse of funds received by Ukraine within the framework of the Kyoto Protocol.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Yulia Tymoshenko said this to journalists after the interrogation in the Main Department of the General Prosecutor`s Office on investigating of special cases.
