IMF estimated Ukraine’s public finance deficit
International Monetary Fund estimates Ukraine’s 2009 public finance deficit at 11.5% of GDP.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, IMF Resident Representative in Ukraine Max Alier said this during the 6th annual investment conference in Kyiv.
According to his words, this estimation takes into account the state budget deficit of Ukraine of 6.5% of GDP, Naftogaz of Ukraine’s deficit of 2.5% of GDP and injections in commercial banks of 2.5% of GDP.
