Emergency Ministry forecasts 30 degrees below zero in Ukraine
According to Ukrainian meteorology center of the Emergency Ministry, on January 21 the southern part of the country will face difficult weather conditions. In Crimea there will be heavy precipitation, sleet; the southern oblasts will face heavy snowfall; the southern part and eastern oblasts will face strong gusts 15-20 m/s and ice-covered ground. On January 22-25, according to data of the press service of the Emergency Ministry, the biggest part of the country will face bitter frost of 17-25 degree below zero at night, on January 24-25 at some places, except South and Zakarpattya, there will be 27-29 degrees below zero, and 15-20 below zero during the day.
