Yushchenko calls on Lithuania to promote realization of project of Euro-Asian oil transport corridor
President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko calls on Lithuania to promote realization of the project of Euro-Asian oil transport corridor.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this at the press conference in Vilnius.
The President of Ukraine said that leaders of the countries, which take part in realization of Euro-Asian oil transport corridor, addressed to leadership of the European commission with a request to hear presentation of the technical- economic explanations of this project.
V. Yushchenko said that during the meeting with newly elected President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaite he invited her to take part in this presentation.
The President of Ukraine said again that there are no obstacles for the launch of the project.
