President of Ukraine is about to discuss with Vice President of the USA Joseph Biden the energy security issues.
The press office of the President disclosed to UNIAN that according to press secretary of the head of the Ukrainian state Iryna Vannikova, the visit of J. Biden to Ukraine will take place at the end of July.
According to the words of I. Vannikova, J. Biden will meet with political leaders of Ukraine and also with representatives of opposition and public.
It is expected that during the visit Ukraine and the USA will confirm intentions to develop cooperation like the Charter on strategic partnership of Ukraine and USA, signed in December last year in Washington.
During the meeting with the Vice President of the USA President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko is about to discuss a wide range of issues of deepening of the Ukrainian-American cooperation in the spheres of overcoming the consequences of the financial-economic crisis, stirring up of the cooperation in the international arena, including energy security, strategic stability and regulation of regional conflicts issues.
The final date of visit of J. Biden to Ukraine will be agreed later.
