[15.10.2008 12:02] Heletey heard they asked Yura to send BerkutValeriy Heletey, head of the State Guards Department of Ukraine, claims that an operative group of investigators is working in the Central Electoral Commission, and will give its assessment to the developments that took place in CEC on Tuesday. According to an UNIAN correspondent, V.Heletey claimed this to a news conference. “At present, investigators are working in the CEC… They have reported to me that there are 6 victims on the case… A forensic expertise will be carried out. I think, in the nearest future, the Prosecutor’s General Office will answer these questions and issue a legal ruling”, he added. He added that Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko delegated authorities to some BYuT lawmakers allowing them to command the Interior Ministry. “Interior Minister Yuri Lutsenko delegated authorities to some lawmakers from BYuT, who, I’m sorry, in fact, rule the Interior Ministry”, he said. “Today they have a right, and this was recorded on video, and witnesses on the case can also confirm, that some members of parliament, including Valeriy Pysarenko, make direct calls to the Minister, calling him “Yura” and asking to send either “Berkut” [a special police subdivision], or reinforcement”, V.Heletey claimed.
