Judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Sergiy Vdovichenko, Yuri Nikitin, and Yuri Baulin, who were appointed for the jobs on the President’s quota, took oath in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Tuesday.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk noted that President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko, Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko and Speaker of the Supreme Court Vassyl Onopenko were present in the parliament’s chamber during the procedure of taking the oath, as it is stipulated by the Constitution.

According to A.Yatsenyuk, the procedure of taking oath by judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine was carried out in line with the Constitution.
