President Yushchenko phones President Putin

During his phone conversation with President Vladimir Putin, President Victor Yushchenko greeted Russia with completion of presidential elections in the country and welcomed the choice of the Russian nation, according to the President`s press-office.

During the conversation parties also discussed implementation of the agreements in gas trading field which had been reached on February 12, 2008.

The conversation was initiated by the Ukrainian side.
