OU-PSD faction agreed to propose Yatseniuk for Verkhovna Rada Speaker
The OU-PSD faction will propose the candidacy of Arseniy Yatseniuk for the post of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Speaker. However, during voting for his candidacy, several lawmakers abstained from voting.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, OU-PSD faction member Yuri Kostenko disclosed this to journalists today.
According to him, almost all the faction voted for proposing A.Yatseniuk, but “four-five lawmakers abstained from voting”.
Asked who were these lawmakers, Yuri Kostenko said he did not notice.
However, according to him, the lawmakers, who abstained from voting today, will vote for the candidacy of A.Yatseniuk in parliament.
