EastOne company created to manage Pinchuk’s assets

EastOne LLC (London) international investment-consulting company has been created to manage the assets, belonging to Ukrainian tycoon Victor Pinchuk.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, EastOne chairman of board Gennadiy Gazin claimed this today at an investment forum, organized by Alfa Capital Ukraine company.

According to his information, the company manages a portfolio of assets at more than 10 billion dollars. The portfolio comprises more than 20 businesses and large-scale projects, including Interpipe, media assets (STB, Novy Kanal, ICTV, others), UkrSotcBank JSCB, Dniprospetsstal OJSC.

“Our aim is to create investment platforms in branches, having a potential of long-term growth”, G.Gazin claimed.

According to him, the company plans to develop its global presence and create strategic partnerships.

Within the frameworks of its portfolio strategy, EastOne will work out and implement a number of investment projects in USA, Central Europe, CIS countries, and Ukraine. The total of transactions in 2007 will make up nearly 3 billion dollars.

The EastOne headquarters is situated in London, the company also has offices in Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk.
