Ukraine has opportunity to participate in many international space projects
Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych during his working trip to the Dnipropetrovsk region stated that Ukraine has an opportunity to participate in many international space projects, according to the government’s press-office.
“The Government will support space projects. Ukraine will participate in all projects and we’ll expand them. We have such an opportunity today,” Viktor Yanukovych told the meeting with administrative-economic representatives of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
The Head of Government also reported that decision on allotting from the 2008 state budget 300 million UAH aimed at financing space programs had been taken. Viktor Yanukovych also urged to stir up activity on creation of the national satellite communication.
