“Yesterday, the Constitutional Court judges who were fired, were reinstated, they are working. We will wait for the Constitutional Court decision”, Yanukovych said.

He emphasized that despite the situation, whether we have the election or not, the Parliament must pass all the necessary election laws. According to him, laws passing will provide the clear and fair election holding, “if it takes place”.

As it UNIAN reported earlier, President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko with his decrees from April 30, May 1, May 10 fired Constitutional Court judges Susanna Stanyk, Valeriy Pshenychnyi and Volodymyr Ivashchenko because of the oath violation.

According to the Party of Regions, the Deputy Chief of Staff pressed on Kirov district court of justice in Donetsk.

Deputy Chief of Staff Igor Pukshyn confirmed the presence of the court’s decree, where the President’s decree on Constitutional Court judges Susanna Stanyk and Valeriy Pshenychnyi is suspended but also he noted the court’s ruling unlawfulness.
