Yushchenko appointed Havrysh as CC judge

President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko, with his decree #373/2007, appointed Stepan Havrysh as a Constitutional Court judge.

      S.Havrysh (born in 1952) is a doctor of legal sciences, honored lawyer of Ukraine, member of the Supreme Council of Justice. He heads “All-Ukrainian Union “Center” political party.

      At the parliamentary election of 2006, he balloted on the list of “Ne Tak!” Opposition Block.

      He was a lawmaker of IV and III convocations. In the Verkhovna Rada of the previous convocation he occupied the post of the Deputy Speaker.
