Lawmaker David Zhvania decided to quit People’s Union Our Ukraine party.
He disclosed this in an interview to Mirror Weekly #44 for November 18-24.
“At present Our Ukraine has no idea of where to move. I made a decision for myself – to quit the party, and sent it the respective application without any pathos”, he said.
According to D.Zhvania, Our Ukraine could not really become either the party of power, or an independent party, it was splintered by the internal quarreling and the lack of confidence between the people.
He pointed out that he decided for himself: if the party mobilizes, finds forces to fight and begins to adopt strategic decisions, “I will allow myself to stay in the party and to occupy an active position”.
