Take a goof look at Canada, Switzerland and other Nations that have multiple official languages. Have you ever lived in Soviet Union? When Russian was everywhere, and Ukrainians were eliminated as a nation? In your countries, several languages appeared historically, because there were several nations living together. In Ukraine, it`s absolutely different. Do you know that even now 90% of books in Ukraine appear in Russian? We have to overcome the Soviet past, we have to build the nation, and only after that will we introduce the second language.
