The peoples` self Defence Party have abandoned the President`s faction. Reports in the media indicate that a substantial number of Our Ukraine`s backbone has also sought membership and a safe haven with other factions. Yushenkov` gamble and strategy is falling apart even before it has taken hold. Question will Yushchenko do a back flip and cancel his decree as he did on many occasions before. Forget the fact that Yushchenko`s actions have destabilised and divided Ukraine. ne BYuT
(Ukraine): Tarasyuk is a corrupt sell-out
Not only does Mr. Tarasyuk steal money from the state budget through tenders to bogus firms that go bankrupt -- he also finances himself through oligarch`s willing to buy his so-called "Rukh brand." Looks like all in the Rukh party are sick and tired or Tarasyuk`s corrupt policies. Yulia`s promising him Minster of Foreign affairs, but unfortunately a small SBU-Procurators file on the ex-Minister`s corrupt practices will not let him be appointed to any government post.
