Le Figaro published critical address to President of Ukraine

I am a French citizen and read this "article" which was only published in the paper version of Le Figaro. It was not an article from the Figaro journalists, but clearly indicated as an insert with a title like `Lettre ouverte au Président Iuchenko" with a long sovietic list of signatories with long list of titles.. For any french reader of Le Figaro this kind of insert appears clearly like a paid advertisement. I saw no any Ukrainian official comment after that insert during the next days.
